“I decided in 2002 to move from a hospital based interventional pain practice to an office based or surgery center that I would own. Once I made that decision I needed to figure out how to accomplish it. I know pain medicine, not local, state, and federal requirements, nor am I a financial analyst. I also did not know if it was financially feasible to do what I wanted to do. I had heard Amy at a conference and contacted her for advice.
